Click & Collect:

Free Click & Collect in-store for all products.

•         24-hour Click & Collect service includes the following: Photo Prints, Posters, Personalised Mugs, Personalised Photo Tiles, Faux Canvas, Duraprint Sticker, Fine Art Paper prints.
•         24-hour Click & Collect service for photo printing and in-store gifts not available in the following stores: Ashburton, Bell Block, Hawera, Levin, Matamata, Oamaru, Te Awamutu, Thames, Whakatane and Whanganui. Please allow 2-3 business days for these stores.
•         Orders for in-store pickup – ready in 24 hours; if your order is required within 24 hours please contact your local Warehouse Stationery and talk with our team.
•         5-7 business days for the following: Acrylic Blocks, Home & Office products, Keyrings & Magnets, Puzzles, Photo Blocks, Photo Books, Canvas Prints, Corrugated Iron, HD Metal Prints, Wall Décor, select Greeting Cards and Calendars.
•         You will be contacted by your selected store once your order is ready for collection. If you have not received communication within 7 business days of placing your order, please contact your selected store for further information.

Delivery:

•          New Zealand domestic delivery only, street address must be provided for delivery. P.O. Box addresses are not permitted.
•          Delivery cost - $7.00 per order.
•          2-4 business days for the following: Photo Prints, Posters, Personalised Mugs, Personalised Photo Tiles, Faux Canvas, Duraprint Sticker, Fine Art Paper prints.
•          5-7 business days for the following: Acrylic Blocks, Home & Office products, Keyrings & Magnets, Puzzles, Photo Blocks, Photo Books, Canvas Prints, Corrugated Iron, HD Metal Prints, Wall Décor, select Greeting Cards and Calendars.

Order Cancellation:

•         Please ensure you have reviewed the print preview(s) of your order before check-out. Warehouse Stationery and Fotofinish are not liable for any editing errors on orders.
•         Orders cannot be edited or changed once they have been submitted.
•         To request cancellation of Photo Prints, Posters, Personalised Mugs, Personalised Photo Tiles, Faux Canvas, Duraprint Sticker, Fine Art Paper prints – please contact support@fotofinish.co.nz between 8am and 5pm Monday-Friday.
•          Due to production automation, orders for the following products cannot be cancelled: Acrylic Blocks, Home & Office products, Keyrings & Magnets, Puzzles, Photo Blocks, Photo Books, Canvas Prints, Corrugated Iron, HD Metal Prints, Wall Décor, select Greeting Cards and Calendars.
