FUJIFILM NZ “Spring Photo Box Promotion” - Terms and Conditions
1. This FUJIFILM NZ Spring Photo Box Promotion (Promotion) runs from NZDT 9.00AM Wednesday 23
September 2020 to 11.59PM Wednesday 14 October 2020 inclusive or to when all Spring Photo
Boxes have been claimed at the relevant participating FUJIFILM NZ outlet (the Promotional Period),
and applies exclusively to the purchase by customers (Customers) during the Promotional Period of
any 60 or more 6x4” (10cm x 15cm) photo prints being a Qualifying Purchase (as specified in clause
7.1 below) in store at a participating FUJIFILM NZ outlet in New Zealand. To claim your Spring Photo
Box, ask for it with your Qualifying Purchase.
2. This Promotion is open to Customers aged 18 or over.
3. For the avoidance of doubt, this Promotion:
3.1 will not apply to Qualifying Purchases made after Wednesday 14 October 2020;
4. is subject to available stock of Spring Photo Boxes at the relevant participating FUJIFILM NZ outlet.
5. By accepting a Spring Photo Box, Customers are deemed to have accepted these terms and
conditions (Terms).
6. Each Customer who completes a Qualifying Purchase in store at a participating FUJIFILM NZ outlet
within the Promotional Period will be entitled to a Spring Photo Box. A Customer is only able to
receive one Spring Photo Box per Qualifying Purchase.
7. For the purposes of these Terms:
7.1 “Qualifying Purchase” means in a single transaction, the purchase by a Customer of 60 or
more 6x4” (10cm x 15cm) photo prints.
7.2 “Spring Photo Box” means, in the case of a specified Qualifying Purchase, a FUJIFILM Spring
Photo Box, which is not available for purchase at retail outlets.
8. This Promotion is not available in conjunction with any other promotions or other offers.
9. Any right to receive a Spring Photo Box in connection with a Qualifying Purchase under this
Promotion is personal to the relevant Customer and cannot be assigned, transferred or exchanged
for cash or other products and can only be claimed in store at a participating FUJIFILM NZ outlet.
10. Any tax liability, which may arise as a result of any claim, will be the sole responsibility of the
relevant Customer.
11. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter will not be liable to Customers for any loss or
damage (including loss of opportunity) whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise
arising in any way out of this Promotion.
12. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify a customer’s rights under the
Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
13. If any act or omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the
Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Terms, the Promoter will
not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation and the Promoter
reserves the right (subject to any applicable law) to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this
Promotion.
14. The Promoter reserves the exclusive right to amend these Terms at any time and for any reason.
15. Employees of FUJIFILM NZ, its subsidiary companies, franchisees, their families, agents, retailers
and other parties directly involved with this Promotion are not eligible to participate in this
Promotion.
16. These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
